If you are interested in changing your shipment from a pickup to a drop off, please contact one of our travel specialists at your earliest convenience. If you are making this request via text or email, please include the name on your order. Your request will be reviewed by a member of our support team and any changes will be confirmed promptly. Changing from a pickup to a drop off does not require new shipping labels to be printed as long as the service level, insurance amount, and origination/destination addresses are remaining the same.
