If you are interested in removing a shipment from your existing order, please contact one of our travel specialists at your earliest convenience. If you are making this request via text or email, please include the name on your order, along with which bag you would like to remove/cancel. Your request will be reviewed, and a member of our support team will confirm the cancellation. Please note that you cannot cancel a shipment that is already in transit.
A refund will be applied to the method of payment used to place the original order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
IMPORTANT: We recommend confirming desired dates, addresses, etc. prior to booking your order to avoid any additional fees or hassles. If an unavoidable change needs to be made to your order, please contact one of our travel specialists prior to the scheduled pickup or drop off date so we can assist you in correcting your order.
