Changing Your Service Level and Delivery Date

If you need your items to arrive earlier or later than originally anticipated, please reach out to one of our travel specialists prior to your scheduled pickup or drop off date. Please be advised that any change made to the service level of your order will result in the creation of a new shipping label and a $10.00 fee may also be assessed. You will receive an email indicating your new shipping label is ready for printing once the requested changes have been made. The original shipping label will no longer be valid and the new shipping label will have to be printed and securely attached to your shipment. Click here to contact us to get started.

IMPORTANT: We recommend confirming desired dates, addresses, etc. prior to booking your order to avoid any additional fees or hassles. If an unavoidable change needs to be made to your order, please contact one of our travel specialists prior to the scheduled pickup or drop off date so that we may assist you in correcting your order. Once a shipment is in transit, the service level cannot be changed.
