Choose a Pickup Date

Your pickup date is when your shipment will be collected from your home, hotel, business, or resort. Please keep in mind that pickups can only be scheduled on weekdays, that pickups are performed by our carrier partners, and that we are not able to schedule pickups on holidays.

Weekday Scheduling: Pickups can be scheduled on any business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This ensures that your shipment is collected during regular business days when all partner carriers are operational.

Carrier Partners: Pickups are performed by one of our trusted partner carriers: FedEx, UPS, or DHL. These carriers are known for their reliability and extensive logistics networks, ensuring timely and efficient collection of your shipment.

Pickup Window: We have multiple pickup windows to choose from which are outlined here. It’s important to have your shipment ready and accessible throughout this entire time frame to ensure a smooth pickup process.

Pickup Cost: The cost for pickups changes based on the pickup window selected, and whether you are requesting a same-day or future-dated pickup. This fee is in addition to the shipping cost and covers the convenience of having your shipment collected directly from your specified location.

Optimal Pickup Timing: Choose the date when your shipment will be ready or 1 business day after you've finished using your luggage or gear. This ensures that your shipment is ready for collection and reduces the risk of any delays.

Holiday Restrictions: Holidays cannot be selected as pickup dates. Our carriers do not operate on holidays, so selecting a non-holiday date ensures that your shipment is not delayed due to holiday closures.
