Shipping your luggage and sports gear has never been easier! Simply visit our home page and click on the “Ship Now” button to get started.
If you already have a Luggage Free account, go ahead and log in. If not, take a moment to create one — we recommend completing this step before booking your shipment.
Next, provide your contact information. If you’re booking on behalf of someone else, please enter their details instead. You’ll then be asked to select the number of luggage bags you’re shipping, along with the size, weight category, and how each will be packaged (soft travel bag, hard case, or box). Every luggage shipment automatically includes $500 of complimentary insurance coverage, but you’ll have the option to increase that amount if needed. If you want to add additional items (boxes, school trunks, golf bags, bikes, skis, snowboards, etc.) click the "Add other items" icon to add the bags to your order.
Then, enter your shipping details: where you’ll be sending your luggage and gear to and from. If you’re shipping to a hotel or cruise, select that option at the top of the order form and our system will preload popular destinations for you. Cruise shipments must be booked with a member of our support team. For more info on Cruise shipments, click here.
Next, choose between one-way or round-trip shipping. You’ll then select your pickup and delivery dates, as well as your preferred service level. Please keep in mind deliveries are guaranteed to arrive no later than the end of the day on the date you select, and can arrive ahead of schedule. More information on deliveries can be found here. If you’d like your gear picked up directly from your location, select from one of the pickup options available. For more information on pickup windows and pricing, click here. You can also choose to drop off your shipment at a carrier store at no additional cost.
Once everything looks good, enter your payment information and review your order details. Click “Place Order” to confirm your shipment — and you’re all set!
