Please be advised that any order being placed for 'collection from' or 'delivery to' a cruise port must be placed over the phone with one of our travel specialists. Below is a list of details that may be requested from a travel specialist when planning or placing your order.

• the time of embarkation or disembarkation
• the ship you are embarking upon or debarking from
• any details you would like to share (cabin/stateroom number)
