How to Pack Skis & Snowboards

Stress-free travel to the slopes is now possible. Learn how to pack skis and snowboards for shipping in just a few simple steps. 

Step 1 - Prepare your skis or snowboard

Your skis or snowboard must be securely packaged in a soft travel bag, hard case or box.

Step 2 - Protect the contents

Use bubble wrap or packing paper to protect your winter gear throughout transit.

Step 3 - Pack properly

Prohibited items may not be packed in your ski or snowboard bag under any circumstances. Be sure to remove any prohibited items from your winter gear before shipping.

Step 4 - Label your shipment

Place one shipping label inside of your shipment and attach the other to the outside. If you’re shipping skis or snowboards in a hard case or box, use packing tape to secure the exterior shipping label. If shipping in a soft travel bag, use a luggage tag to securely attach your shipping label.
