Planning to ship to a rental property? Please keep in mind that some shipments may deliver prior to the selected delivery date on your order. Below are some helpful tips and procedures to keep in mind when shipping to a rental location.
If you need your items delivered at a specific time or within a particular window, please contact our team to inquire about our time-definite delivery option. Additional fees may apply.
- We recommend shipping your luggage to the management office of the rental company if permitted. Shipments do occasionally arrive ahead of schedule and could be left sitting at your selected rental property with other vacationers or unattended.
- If shipping directly to the management office of the rental company is not an option, you can arrange to ship to a carrier store in the area. For carrier store locations, please click here. Not all locations are willing to accept shipments, so it's best to call a store ahead of time to confirm. Some carrier locations may charge a receiving fee.
- Consider contacting friends or neighbors in the area, if you know of any, that could swing by and collect your luggage should it deliver prior to your arrival.
IMPORTANT: Prior to shipping, we highly recommend that you contact your destination location to advise them of your shipment, along with your expected arrival date as a courtesy. Some locations may request additional information to be included with your order.
