Delayed bags are rare with Luggage Free. However, we have a dedicated resolutions team that monitors any delayed shipment and takes appropriate action. If your shipment is delayed, you will be contacted by our team by phone, text, and email to discuss the delay and how it may be impacting your plans. Our Shipment Protection Policy does not cover damaged items as that is covered by your shipment's insurance.
