You’ve placed your order and packed up your luggage and gear — now it’s time to print and attach your shipping label(s)!
Please note that labels must be printed and attached before your scheduled pickup. The driver completing your pickup will not have any packaging or labeling materials available. If you’ve opted to drop off your shipment at a carrier store, your selected location should be able to assist with printing your label if needed.
You’ll be prompted to print your shipping labels after completing your order, but you can also access them anytime through your Luggage Free account or from your Order Confirmation email.
To attach your labels, use clear packing tape to secure them to any hard, plastic surface on your luggage, travel bag, or hard case. If your luggage, travel bag, or case doesn’t have a plastic surface, we recommend purchasing a luggage tag (also referred to as a “fly tag” or “shipping tag”). These inexpensive and reliable tags allow you to securely attach your barcoded shipping label to a luggage bag, soft travel bag, or hard case. Simply adhere the label to the tag and loop it through your bag’s handle.
Important Note: Orders that are booked at least (3) business days prior to their pickup date, and originating in the United States, will receive complimentary shipping labels and luggage tags mailed to their origination address free of charge.
Additionally, luggage tags are available at most UPS Stores and FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers, often at minimal or no cost. Click here to find a location near you.
