Luggage Free guarantees all deliveries by the end of the day (11:59pm) on the selected delivery date. However, most shipments deliver well before this time. Next Day Air/Overnight shipments typically carry a delivery time much earlier in the day, too.

Standard deliveries will take place Monday through Friday as our logistics partners are not fully operational on weekends. Once a package is in transit, the service level cannot be upgraded to ensure an earlier delivery, so we recommend scheduling your delivery date accordingly. Please be advised that Luggage Free urges customers to select a delivery date at least one business day prior to your arrival.
Although signatures upon delivery are not required for domestic shipments, all international shipments do require a signature. Luggage Free will send you an email once your luggage arrives at your destination for reassurance and peace of mind. So sit back, relax, and enjoy your trip while confidently knowing the next time you see your luggage, it'll be at your destination awaiting your arrival.
