Item Types and Sizes

Selecting the correct item type is critical as it will ensure you are issued the appropriate shipping label with the corresponding weight and dimension parameters. Should your shipment exceed the maximum allowable weight or dimensional sum for the selected item type, additional fees and delays are likely to occur as a result. Weighing your item must be completed prior to collection by our carriers.

In order to determine the dimensional sum of your shipment, simply add the length, width and height (in inches).

Luggage

Carry-on Luggage: allows up to 25 lbs. with maximum dimensions totaling 45"

Checked Luggage: allows up to 50 lbs. with maximum dimensions totaling 62"

Oversized Luggage: allows up to 65 lbs. with maximum dimensions totaling 74"

Boxes

Medium Box: allows up to 35 lbs. with maximum dimensions totaling 54"

Large Box: allows up to 50 lbs. with maximum dimensions totaling 60"
