If you have chosen to drop off your items instead of having them picked up directly from your location, then your shipments must be taken to a local carrier store for drop off. After confirming which carrier you have been assigned upon order placement (FedEx, UPS or DHL), simply click here to locate a store near you.
These drop off locations are typically stocked with any shipping supplies you may need, such as oversized luggage tags for your shipping label(s) or boxes. However, we always recommend contacting a store beforehand to ensure that your intended drop off location does have the shipping supplies you need in stock. Click here to see if your order qualifies for labeling materials to be included with your order.
On the day of your scheduled drop off, simply ensure that your shipment is dropped off prior to your selected store’s ground/express cutoff time. Failure to drop off your shipment prior to its respective cutoff time may result in a delay in delivery. Your shipment will be collected by their assigned daily driver.IMPORTANT: Shipping supplies are available at most carrier drop off locations. Prices and fees may vary and are charged at the discretion of the carrier store. Luggage Free will not be responsible for any reimbursement of shipping supplies.
